i.MX 7ULP系列

i.MX 7ULP系列处理器面向新兴的便携式设备市场,基于Arm®Cortex®-A7内核和Arm® Cortex®-M4内核,以及3D和2D图形处理单元(GPU)。i.MX 7ULP系列提供32位LPDDR2/LPDDR3存储器接口和一些其它接口,用于连接外围设备,诸如WLAN、蓝牙®、GPS、显示器和摄像头传感器。
