面向i.MX应用处理器的PMIC

我们提供适用于多个系列的i.MX应用处理器的电源管理集成电路(PMIC),旨在优化电源效率和软件/硬件集成。这些PMIC集成了开关和线性稳压器,这是完整的系统解决方案所必须的。此外,它们还可以集成电池管理功能,包括一个开关或线性电池充电器、一个电量计、纽扣电池充电器和电源通路选择。其他功能包括微型/小型USB接口、RTC、LED驱动器、音频解码器、音频放大器、通用I/O和ADC。
这些产品是整个i.MX参考设计平台的一部分,该平台包括硬件和软件解决方案。这使得我们能够在客户的产品开发阶段提供一站式服务和支持,从而加快产品上市速度。

面向网络处理器的PMIC

VR500系列电源管理集成电路(PMIC)支持基于QorIQ网络通信处理器的电源系统解决方案。多款QorIQ LS1网络通信处理器参考平台采用了各种版本的VR500 PMIC。结合使用这两种器件,客户将获得平台级解决方案,从而加快产品上市速度并减少工程设计工作量。
面向网络处理器的MC34VR500是一款高效率的四通道降压稳压器,输出电流高达4.5A,带有5个用户可编程的LDO。

可配置PMIC (PF系列)

PF系列PMIC以系统级的PMIC解决方案,提供先进的可配置性和可编程性,使单个器件经过简单配置,即可为一系列处理器和外设供电。客户可以使用一次性可编程(OTP)存储器来存储配置,无需借助外部存储设备。该系列包括许多集成度各不相同的器件,专门针对特定的终端应用。
